Apartments in Newcastle’s tallest building to be showcased in an open house viewing this month

Apartments in Newcastle’s tallest building are to be showcased in an open house viewing this month.

Two and three bedroom apartments in Hadrian’s Tower will be displayed at an event on May 21-22.

The properties are available for sale and to rent in the giant skyscraper, which was completed last year, transforming the city skyline.

Residents of the development, which boasts Tyneside’s highest bar and restaurant, have access to a 24/7 drinks concierge.

Residents of the 27-storey block’s 162 apartments have been promised the “lifestyle of living in a hotel” by the company behind the giant project, the High Street Group.

As well as the 3Sixty bar at the top of the Rutherford Street building, Hadrian’s Tower will also have a cafe on the first floor.

Organisers of the event say, “Imagine coming home from a long tiring day and being able to relax in an iconic building that has a bar and restaurant on-site, the most modern apartments with views over the city, and a building that should really be on the New York Skyline. ⁣⁣

“Walking Into your building to be met by a 24hrs concierge, taking a super-fast lift to your modern and spacious apartment where you can put your feet up and soak in the amazing views over the city.⁣

⁣”Hungry? Order your favorite food from 3SIXTY which is restaurant quality and delivered fresh to your door or if you are wanting to go out to dine and relax with a drink you can head up to the 27th floor where you will find the most amazing and modern restaurant in Newcastle upon Tyne.⁣

⁣”We can’t make you a celebrity but we can make you feel like you are one.”

To reserve an appointment time please send us an email to info@stawartandpartners.com.

Anyone who attends our event will be put into a draw to win a 3-course meal at the 3SIXTY.

The company behind the project, the High Street Group, is behind a number of high profile development schemes around the country, and also has a leisure division that runs a number of bars, restaurants and hotels around the North East.
