Plans to turn a former care home occupying three adjoining Victorian built townhouses into an apartment scheme in the Pontcanna area of Cardiff can be revealed.
It comes after the former Barclay Court Care Home, running from 104-108 Cathedral Road, has been sold to a developer in a £1.65m deal.
The purchaser, SGR Estate, plans to redevelop the site into 24 modern apartments bringing the properties back to their former glory.
The properties occupy a 0.36 acre plot and offers the opportunity to retain the original structure whilst modernising the internal areas.
