Anyone for a dandy blazer? The best navy jackets at every price point

Monday night’s Met Gala saw guests tackle the dress code “Tailored for You”, coinciding with the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s new men’s style exhibition, Superfine: Tailoring Black Style.

And what a night it was for spectacular menswear: from Colman Domingo in a Valentino cape to Lewis Hamilton in ivory Wales Bonner and Pharrell Williams in a pearl blazer of his own design. While those might be a lot to pull off on the regular, Jeremy-Allen White’s sleek, dark Louis Vuitton suit is easily reproducible.

Here, five great navy blazers to try, and all the week’s fashion news.
