'Anybody able to decode?' - Fans confused at Eric Cantona's bizarre Champions League draw speech

The Champions League draw is underway, and soon Chelsea and Tottenham will know who they will face in the group stage of the competition.

But, before the draw got underway there was a presentation of the President's award. The accolade was given to Manchester United legend Eric Cantona.

The Frenchman played 174 times for the Red Devils, scoring 79 goals and was known as one of the best players of his generation.

Aswell as his talent on the pitch, Cantona is also known as an eccentric character off of it too - a his famous seagulls speech has shown.

But the winning speech from the Frenchman may have just topped his previous one for randomness, and left some confused looking faces among the draw's audience.

The former player talked about science, illness and wars, before stating "I love football."

The speech caused football fans to take to social media in order to show their confusion.

Take a look at some of the best reaction below.

The draw has since got underway, with Chelsea and Spurs fans eagerly awaiting to find out their opponents, at least Cantona bought some entertainment with the wait.
