Everton are exploring the possibility of signing Anwar El Ghazi on loan from Aston Villa.
The Blues are deep in discussions with Villa over the sale of Lucas Digne but are also talking about El Ghazi.
After the signings of Vitalii Mykolenko and Nathan Patterson, Everton set their sights on adding a midfielder and winger to the squad this month.

Rafa Benitez wants Sean Longstaff from Newcastle United and now it has emerged that he is keen on El Ghazi from Villa on loan.
El Ghazi, 26, has played almost 120 times for Villa having joined from Lille, scoring 26 times and providing 16 assists.
And now Everton are looking into signing him on loan until the end of the season.
When asked about signing Digne from Everton, Aston Villa manager Steven Gerrard said: "We are working hard on targets.
"It is not respectful to mention any names but there is no smoke without fire and we want to try and improve certain areas of our team and our squad."
