Antrim Road crash appeal issued by police

Four cars were involved a crash in North Belfast on Tuesday afternoon.

It happened on the Antrim Road , close to George Fegan Tyres.

It is not believed that there were any serious injuries.

Sergeant Murphy said: “We received the report of a four-vehicle road traffic collision, just after 2pm this afternoon.

“Police attended, along with colleagues from Northern Ireland Ambulance Service.

“We are appealing to anyone who witnessed the collision, or who may have captured dash cam footage, to contact us on 101, quoting reference number 893 of 01/10/19.”

Meanwhile, police are dealing with a crash at the bottom of Kennedy Way, heading towards Andersonstown in West Belfast.

Motorists have been advised to avoid the area.
