Antrim Road Belfast five vehicle crash - emergency services at scene

Emergency services have been rallied following a five vehicle crash on the Antrim Road , Belfast.

A police spokesperson said they are unable to say whether they road is closed at this stage but motorists are being urged to seek alternative routes.

"Police are just responding," he added.

Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service said "the call came in at 17.28".

"We currently have three fire engines and fire officer at the scene," added a spokesperson.

A spokesperson for Northern Ireland Ambulance Service said they were called following the "five vehicle road traffic collision" and that the incident is ongoing.

"No one is believed to be seriously injured," he added.
