An Antrim chippy is taking all things battered to the next level by throwing Creme Eggs in the fryer.
Manager at The Chippy on Railway Street , Joanne Graham, said their deep fried sweet offering has "created a bit of a buzz about the town".
She said they threw their first Creme Eggs in the fryer as a treat for regulars on Wednesday - and since then the 80p treats have taken off.
"It's just gone crazy," she added.

"We only started on Thursday. We did try them last year and they didn't really sell.
"We gave away a few on Wednesday to customers and then people started asking for them. Somebody even came in from Ballymena and we had two lads down from Lisburn. The box is near empty.
"It's a bit of craic and a bit of excitement," she added.
"They are 80p, but we didn't really want to charge for them. It's just for the oil.
"We started doing the caramel ones as well and they are even nicer."

Joanne said they have sold that many, she'll soon have to head out and "buy five more boxes" of the chocolate eggs.
But she said they plan to offer them right up to Easter - so there's plenty of time for a visit if you want to try one.
