Antrim Boys and Girls Championships weigh-in and fight information

Next week sees the Antrim B123 and G1-7 Championships take place in Belfast.

The competition is open to all Antrim boys (born between 2005-'08) and girls (born between 2001-'08) boxers.

The medical and weigh-in will take place on Sunday, April 7 between 9-10am at Girdwood Community Hub.

The championship bouts will be held from Tuesday to Thursday next week, April 9-11 - starting at 7pm each night at Girdwood.

Paddy Barnes retirement put on hold as North Belfast fighter vows to continue  

All girl ages will compete at this tournament for qualification to the National Girl Championships in May.

The successful boy champions (aged 11 to 14yrs) will progress and fight for National honours at Dublin’s National Stadium over Easter week.

The entry is £5 per boxer and the draw will be made after Sunday's weigh-in.
