Antonio Brown’s teammates had jokes about his new helmet

The Antonio Brown helmet saga had plenty of twists this offseason, but the superstar wide receiver had two separate grievances denied by the league, Brown is set to start the regular season wearing a custom model, after landing an endorsement deal.

After the summer drama, Raiders’ WR Antonio Brown has opted to play this season in a Xenith Shadow helmet. Brown believes the Xenith Shadow makes him feel more agile and comfortable, and allows for better visibility.

In the final episode of HBO’s Hard Knocks, Brown’s Raiders teammates roasted the wide receiver over his new bulky helmet, which one player compared to a mini-fridge.”
