Sometimes the jokes just write themselves. A clip from HBO series “Hard Knocks” came out on Twitter, and Pittsburgh Steelers fans will want to see this.
The scene is too perfect. Oakland Raiders wide receiver Antonio Brown and his three sons are all on the practice field milling around, and one of Brown’s sons asks, “Where’s Roethlisberger?” Brown quickly explains that Big Ben is still on the Steelers and Derek Carr is his quarterback now.
This is fascinating because the sell Brown made to everyone was that Roethlisberger didn’t interact with Brown’s family and didn’t try to have a relationship with him off the field. Kind of strange Brown’s son was looking for Big Ben at practice.
