Antonio Brown’s agent attempts to justify how Brown/Steelers relationship ended

For whatever reason, the NFL Network decided to trot out agent Drew Rosenhaus to talk about the trade between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Oakland Raiders involving wide receiver Antonio Brown. I appreciate the effort but if anyone thought Rosenhaus would do anything but slather on sunshine and rainbows you haven’t been paying attention.

Rosenhaus went out of his way to talk up the nine seasons Brown had with the Steelers while completely avoiding any questions about Brown’s involvement in the breakup or offer up any information of value.

If anyone is hoping Brown will ever take any responsibility for his actions, you are going to be out of luck. Brown has made it clear he takes no blame for how the season ended even though he quit on his team before the biggest game of the regular season.

In the end, this was never about one call out or a fake injury. This was about a man with a massive but fragile ego who felt desperate to cash in before his play started to diminish and he found a team willing to give him everything he wanted.
