Antiques Roadshow aired quite the surprise for one guest on Sunday evening.
As usual, members of the public brought their treasures to where the show was filming for that episode, to see what their items were truly worth.
One guest got more than they bargained for too when they presented their blue vase to an expert.
She could make quite the profit if she did decide to sell it too, after learning the huge amount she could be offered.
Her grandfather only paid £1 for the ceramic pot, while this may have been a lot more back when it was purchased - depending when that was.
But as the guest had it valued, she had no idea just how much she was going to be told it was worth.
The lady's grandfather brought the vase after passing by a junk shop, and deciding to make a purchase.
While he was said to be "less than enthusiastic", he bought the item and it was passed down through the family.
The guest was aware it was a William De Morgan piece, who was a famous British potter.
But she couldn't hide her surprise when the expert declared it was worth "a little more than a pound".
She was soon told it could make up between £3,000 to £3,100 in auction.
As those around her gasped, the lady couldn't believe it.
She said on the show: "Wow, oh wow, okay. I didn't expect that, no.
"I knew it was worth something but gosh... but it stays in the family anyway."
