This week marks the start of Anti-Bullying week, a worthy cause designed to resign bullying to history.
This year's theme is 'Choose Respect' which encourages people to think about the affect their words can have on others.
And it launched on Monday with Odd Socks Day, when everyone is encouraged to wear a pair of odd socks to show how we different we all are.
When is Anti-Bullying week?
Anti-Bullying week runs from Monday, November 12 until Friday, November 16.
It is co-ordinated by the Anti-Bullying Alliance, with the campaign being spearheaded by children's TV presenter Andy Day and his band The Odd Socks.
The campaign aims to help children, school staff, parents and people who work with children to tackle bullying by helping them understand the concept of respect and that bullying is a behaviour choice.
What is Odd Socks Day?

Mr Day said: "It’s a well-known fact that encouraging acceptance of individuality at an early age can help prevent bullying later in life.
"We are in a privileged position that enables us to influence behaviour for good in the target age group.
"Odd Socks Day is such a simple awareness raiser and we really hope schools will get on board."
What are schools doing for Anti-Bullying week?
