Anthony Martial sees no way back at Manchester United, and is now looking to do all he can to force through a move to Juventus according to reports in Italy.
Gazzetta dello Sport claim that the French forward has "broken up" with United ahead of what he hopes will be a January transfer, with United prepared to let the 26-year-old leave.
Last week Martial's agent Philippe Lamboley confirmed that his client was seeking a way out of Old Trafford.
Lamboley told Sky Sports: "Anthony wishes to leave the club in January.
“He just needs to play. He doesn’t want to stay in January and I will speak to the club soon.”

Martial has featured 10 times this season, with his solitary goal coming in October's 1-1 draw at home to Everton.
The summer arrivals of Cristiano Ronaldo and Jadon Sancho have seen the France international's opportunities diminish at United, with Edinson Cavani's continued presence at the club, Mason Greenwood's development and Marcus Rashford's return to fitness all contributing factors.
It is now said that Martial wants the swiftest possible exit from United, either on a loan deal or a permanent move.
Gazzetta state that the former is what appeals to Juve the most, with financial issues brewing at the club and United holding out for a sizeable fee for a player who is under contract until 2024.
Martial has played 268 times for United, scoring 79 goals, but he is yet to appear under new interim manager Ralf Rangnick as he recovers from a knee injury.
The German boss seemed to give the idea of a transfer short shrift as he spoke prior to Tuesday's eventually postponed match against Brentford.
"I don’t communicate with agents via the media and press," Rangnick said.
"The player hasn’t spoken with me or us about it.
"After the final training session before the Crystal Palace game, after having trained with team, he informed the doctor and the medical department that he would not be available because the pain in his knee is too big. We have to wait and see.
"Maybe he can train again [earlier in the week] but I have to speak to the doctor first. To be honest, what his agent says via the media is not of that much interest to me."
Asked if he would talk to Martial directly, he said: "No. Then I would react to what his agent has said and it should be the player.
"If he really has the wish to go to another club it should be the player who informs either the board or myself. I have never spoken about a player via the media and via agents."
