Father-of-four Mr Knott, who works for the London Fire Brigade, has went missing on Friday, December 20, in Lewes, Sussex.

Sussex Police is leading the search for the missing 33-year-old, who had been out with friends at The Lamb pub in Fisher Street before leaving at about 7.16pm for unknown reasons.

The fresh footage shows him walking away from the town at around 7.19pm, before he was seen walking back towards the pub around twenty minutes later.

Sharing the clip, Sussex Police said: "It’s not very clear, but he has distinctive walk and we’re hoping that someone who was in the area at the time may have seen him."

His family since confirmed another sighting of the firefighter walking up Market Street, back towards the pub, at 7.41pm.

According to the time captured on the CCTV image, this was 20 minutes after Mr Knott's phone was switched off.
