Anthony Joshua’s moment of truth is almost here as aims to take the world heavyweight titles back tonight against Anthony Ruiz Jr.
Ruiz shocked the world when he took the IBF, WBA (Super) and WBO belts from the Briton in New York last June.
A slim-line version of Joshua weighed in over 10lbs lighter on Friday – the lightest he has been since 2014. Ruiz meanwhile came in at a huge 20st 3lbs, 15lbs more than when he took the world titles at Madison Square Garden.
Joshua is out to address the only blemish on his professional record and reclaim his spot at the summit of heavyweight boxing. Ruiz meanwhile insists what happened last summer was no fluke. We will find out for certain tonight.

Ringwalks for Joshua Ruiz have been confirmed for 8:45pm GMT with undercard coverage, featuring Dillian Whyte, Michael Hunter and Alexander Povetkin, underway from 5pm.
