Anthony Joshua teases taking up golf in snap with Rory McIlroy

Anthony Joshua is top of the boxing game right now, and it looks like he's taking tips from one of the best in the world to take some strokes off his golf game.

The English heavyweight is preparing to take on Andy Ruiz Jr in a blockbuster Madison Square Garden fight on June 1 in a card that also sees Katie Taylor bid to unify the World Lightweight belts.

And taking time out from an intense training camp, Joshua met with Irish golfer and four-time major champion Rory McIlroy as he joked about taking up the sport.

In a picture posted to Twitter, Joshua said: "Taking up golf, meet my new coach Rory McIlroy."

Joshua currently holds all four heavyweight belts after defeating Joseph Parker to win the WBO belt in March 2018.
