Anthony Joshua has taken a thinly-veiled dig at Tyson Fury over his latest win, as he questioned the standard of his opponent Tom Schwarz.
The Gypsy King beat Schwarz inside two rounds at the MGM arena in Las Vegas on Saturday, to maintain his unbeaten record.
Joshua had lost his own perfect record just a fortnight previous, after being dethroned of his world titles in a shock defeat to Mexican Andy Ruiz.
In a video posted on Twitter by journalist Michael Benson, Joshua could be seen playing table tennis with a friend, before the topic turned to Fury.
Joshua said: "I could talk s*** [about Fury], but he done what he had to, well played to him.
"I wanna go back to fighting some easy opponents! [Schwarz was ranked] 56th.
"I think, why am I out here doing all this s*** myself? D'you know what I mean?"
Joshua has come up against established unbeaten opponents in his last three bouts, having seen off Joseph Parker and Alexander Povetkin before the upset at the hands of Ruiz.
Fury meanwhile has not long made a comeback to the sport following a mental health battle, but has fought largely unknowns - with the exception of WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder .
Joshua, Fury and Wilder have been involved in a heavyweight merry-go-round, with fans desperate to see all three square off against one another.
A rematch between Fury and Wilder seems likely to be the first to be arranged, with the former suggesting it could be scheduled for early next year.
Joshua meanwhile must first navigate a rematch of his own with Ruiz, who nabbed his WBA, WBO and IBF belts following the clash at Madison Square Garden earlier this month.
The British Olympian was knocked down four times during the contest, and at one stage looked to ask trainer Rob McCracken what round it was.
Addressing the issue on the Twitter video, Joshua said: "What did Rob say in the fifth? Mate, I can't even remember."
Ruiz had even stepped in for the fight at late notice, after Jarrell Miller's failed drug test ruled him out.
Miller could now face Fury in a bout at the end of the year, which the disgraced stars co-promoter Dimitriy Salita believes would be one of the biggest fights in the sport.
Salita said: "When the time is right, with the personality of both fighters, it will be one of the biggest fights and most exciting promotions in boxing.”
