Champion Anthony Joshua was sensationally defeated on a points decision by Oleksandr Usyk in a massive upset
Joshua went into the clash as huge favourite but couldn't handle Usyk at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
With the unified WBA, WBO, IBF and IBO heavyweight world titles on the line the undefeated Ukrainian claimed the gold and dashed Joshua's hopes of a blockbuster clash with the likes of Tyson Fury or Deontay Wilder are all but over.
For Usyk it's history as he joins the like of Wladimir Klitschko in the hall of Ukranian world champions.
For Joshua, there was only shock and disbelief that he had suffered his first loss in the ring since the stunning upset from Andy Ruiz Junior.
The clash proved to be something of a chess match but as the fight went on Usyk was landing the heaviest shots as he looked for the knock-out punch.
Usyk was the aggressor at the start of the 11th despite having a cut over an eye, while Joshua has swelling on one of his.
It meant Joshua needed a knock-out to keep a hold of his belts, but it ended in disappointment for the 67,000 packed into the London ground.
It was scored 117-112, 116-112 and 115-113 to Usyk.
