Anthony Davis’ likely final season with the New Orleans Pelicans is just about over, as the team will play its final home game of the season Tuesday night when they host the Golden State Warriors.
They still have two games left but this whole thing couldn’t end soon enough, as things have been painfully awkward for the star center ever since the trade with the Los Angeles Lakers didn’t happen before the trade deadline.
He’s averaged around 21 minutes a game in the 11 games he’s played in since the All-Star break and hasn’t played since March 24th against the Rockets.
Davis showed up to Tuesday’s game wearing a “That’s all folks!” T-shirt that seemed to wrap things up for him in New Orleans.
