Anthony Davis has been a busy man since getting traded to the Los Angeles Lakers, even though the trade won’t officially go through until the end of this week.
After landing a unique endorsement deal with Ruffles, news surfaced on Monday that Davis would be on the cover of the upcoming version of NBA 2K, NBA 2K20. It’s the second time that Davis has made the cover but the first time he will be featured on the cover of the game by himself. Davis has been featured on the cover with multiple players before in the past.
LeBron James was also on the cover of NBA 2K19 last season and he too had to switch uniforms on the cover before the official release.
In addition to the endorsement deals that Davis has landed over the past few weeks, Davis is also part of the crew for the ‘Space Jam 2,’ which is currently being filmed in Los Angeles.
Davis gave up his $4 million trade kicker earlier this week to allow the Lakers to have maximum cap space and pursue free agent forward Kawhi Leonard, who has yet to make a decision on his future.
