I'm A Celebrity viewers were left in stitches on Wednesday as Dec got best mate Ant the perfect birthday present for 2020.
Ant turned 45 on November 18 and Dec wasn't going to let the occasion pass without getting him an unforgettable gift.
Ant had already been surprised with an epic birthday present from the I'm A Celebrity crew, with them getting him and Dec giant balloon models of themselves.
And then as the lads took to the air to host the live bits of I'm A Celebrity's latest episode, Dec had a surprise of his own up his sleeve - not that he could fit it up there!
Teasing Ant, Dec said: "Are you ready for your birthday present?" to which Ant replied: "What? Now? On telly?!"
Dec told him: "Yep, now, on the telly," before getting him to shut his eyes as he guided him over the other side of the studio, uttering that iconic Byker Grove line - "he can't see man!" in the process.
When Ant opened his eyes he was greeted with something he would never had imagined he'd be seeing or be given as a birthday present - a giant bottle of hand sanitizer.
Dec shouted: "A year's supply of hand sanitizer! Happy birthday pal."
Ant responded: "It's massive," to which Dec quipped: "You're welcome."
