I'm a Celeb host Ant McPartlin screamed as Dec Donnelly threw a ball right at his crotch during a hilarious skit on the show.
It was a reference to the game the campmates had been playing where they threw a ball at each other's faces as hard as they could - and then their private parts.
Ant brazenly mocked the campmate's pained faces when they were hit by the ball after Dec explained that it was made out of "plasters, old bags and dental floss from the medicine box".
He impersonated the campmates screaming, when Dec ordered him to "spread em".
Ant then counted down from three - but before he could finish, Dec threw the ball at his crotch.
As the ball hit Ant where it hurts most, he screamed in pain and fell to the floor.
Meanwhile, Dec simply beamed at the camera.
I'm a Celeb 's Tuesday night episode saw campmates finally enjoy some booze together in the jungle's very own pub.
They won the prize after performing their pantomine, Critterella.
As they found out about the challenge, Nadine Coyle read out: "The better the show, the better the party".
Nadine played Critterella, Caitlyn Jenner was the Fairy Godmother, James Haskell and Andy Whyment were the Ugly Sisters, Jacqueline Jossa was the kangaroo transport to the ball and Myles Stephenson and Ian Wright were handsome princes.
Kate Garraway was the panto’s narrator and Roman Kemp was the game show host.
The panto was not as easy as it appeared, and Kate was electrocuted every time she said the word "Critterella".
Nadine was showed with critters, James and Andy wore wirds that were full of cockroaches and mealworms, and Caitlyn and Nadine had to drink a strange concoction of "magic potion".
“Jesus why are we doing this, I can’t believe you made us drink that stuff,” complained Caitlyn.
The campmates were delighted that their exceptional performance gained them entry to The Jungle Arms.
