Ant McPartlin and his ex Lisa Armstrong are finally getting close to reaching a divorce settlement, with Ant reportedly offering her a £31million deal.
Included is the £6million mansion in Chiswick, West London, that they shared, but it's claimed Lisa won't be holding on to it for very long.
Lisa, 43, is planning to sell the plush pad and move in with her mates because there's too many bad memories there after she shared the house with Ant, 44, for years.
A source close to Lisa told The Sun: "She and Ant lived in the house for years. It holds a lot of bad memories and now the divorce is being finalised she wants to start again somewhere new.
The last two years have been extremely lonely at times but she's now looking to the future.
"And instead of sitting in a ginormous house all on her own she's looking to enjoy the single life with two of her best friends.
“It'll be like when she first started out all those years ago.
“She's excited for the next chapter in her life."
Mirror Online has contacted Lisa's reps for comment. A rep for Ant declined to comment.
Lisa and Ant split in 2018 after 11 years of marriage, but they have only recently come close to sorting out their divorce settlement.
She is said to have been handed more than half of Ant's money as their lengthy divorce proceedings reportedly came to an end.
Lisa has denied to comment on the exact amount she was awarded in the divorce settlement and branded the reports "nonsense".
The pair were happily together for 23 years; they were married in 2006 and announced their break-up two years ago.
It was claimed their relationship crumbled because of Ant's battle with alcohol, their gruelling work schedules and the couple growing apart from each other.
He has now moved on with Anne-Marie Corbett.
