Lisa Armstrong liked a tweet from a fan who joked about the rain on Saturday as Ant prepared to tie the knot.
The Strictly Come Dancing makeup artist was married to Ant from 2006 until 2018, and Ant moved on with former PA Anne-Marie, getting engaged to her last year.
Ant and Anne-Marie tied the knot at St Michael's Church in the village of Heckfield in Hampshire, and while the sun shone on the newlyweds, there had been heavy rain just hours before the ceremony.
And this wasn't lost on Lisa's fans, with one tweeting her about the bad weather.
They posted on Saturday morning: "@lisaAmakeup Terrible weather in Hampshire today."
Lisa liked the tweet on her public Twitter account.
It comes after Lisa liked and posted a string of tweets about Ant and Anne-Marie's relationship following her bitter split from the Britain's Got Talent host.
In January she liked a tweet calling Ant "s****y and spineless" after she was awarded a huge payout after their divorce was finalised.
Ant and Anne-Marie exchanged vows in front of celebrity guests including David Walliams and had Declan Donnelly by his side as best man this weekend.
Other guests included David Walliams, Saturday Night Takeaway's Stephen Mulhern, Cat Deeley and her husband Patrick Kielty.
Dermot O'Leary and his partner Dee Koppang, and Frank and Christine Lampard also attended.
The happy couple were pictured leaving the church together afterwards and had huge grins on their faces after being pronounced husband and wife.
Ant and Anne-Marie have been together since 2018 and got engaged on Christmas Eve last year, when Ant popped the question.
Anne-Marie looked stunning in a beautiful white gown and carried a bouquet of purple and white flowers.
Ant looked dapper in black tie, with a suit to match Dec's.
The duo had been seen smiling for pictures and Ant gave a thumbs up as they headed into the church.
After the ceremony, the guests were bused by coach to the nearby Heckfield Place hotel, where the reception is being held.
The festivities are expected to conclude on Sunday with a fancy breakfast being put on for their guests.
Ant is said to have splashed a whopping £100,000 to ensure 100 guests can stay with him and his new wife at the luxury hotel as he is going to pay for all the accommodation.
