The Britain's Got Talent host, 44, looked in high spirits as he stepped out with his girlfriend Anne-Marie Corbett in Manchester on Thursday.
His rumoured £31million divorce from Lisa Armstrong appeared to be the last thing on his mind as he laughed and cosied up to his former personal assistant.
Ant looked casual in black jeans and a matching bomber jacket, which he wore with fresh white Nike trainers and a baseball cap with a shamrock on the front.
Anne-Marie, 43, sported a pair of ripped blue jeans and a parka coat, teaming the look with some trainers.
The pair linked arms while they waited to cross the road as they enjoyed a romantic stroll through the city.
At one point they held hands as they enjoyed some quality time together.
