Ant McPartlin jokes he's living in a caravan after giving up marital home

Ant McPartlin cracked a cheeky joke that he's living in a caravan with broken windows and washing his undies in the kitchen sink.

Ant gave up his marital home when he divorced ex-wife Lisa Armstrong, and of course he's living in a gorgeous new home with his girlfriend Anne-Marie Corbett.

But on last night's I'm A Celebrity, the Geordie presenter joked that his living situation was a lot more grim as he carried on a joke that his presenting partner Dec Donnelly had previously cracked about him being put up in a mobile home outside Gwrych Castle.

As Jordan North discussed with some of the other men whether or not they'd changed their underwear since arriving three days earlier, Dec said they'd gone "feral".

He went on: "You have to change your undies every day, you've got to!"

Turning to Ant, he asked: "Do you change your undies every day?"

Ant told him: "Absolutely, clean undies every morning!

"And do you know how I know they're clean? Because I wash them myself. The kitchen sink in my static home has many uses!"

Dec laughed: "It sounds like you've landed on your feet in this static home. Have you got a washing line as well to dry them on?"

"Better than that, my friend," Ant quipped. "I dry them in the bedroom. You see the wind just wafts straight through the broken window. Bang, dry."

The boys joked it was "win, win" for Ant in his new home.

Last night's episode of the hit reality show also saw campmates Jordan, Beverley Callard and Vernon Kay take on eating challenge Frights of the Round Table.

They had to chomp on the likes of deer testicles, sheep penis and fermented cheese fruit, but were triumphant in winning 10 stars for camp.

Tonight's show will see opera singer Russell Watson and West End star Ruthie Henshall enter the castle as late arrivals.

The other campmates were told last night that they'd all be heading to the trial clearing together, but what they didn't know was that they wouldn't be taking part in the trial, but watching Russell and Ruthie do it instead.
