Ant McPartlin shared a health update after sparking concern during Sunday night’s episode of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!
The presenter, 50, appeared noticeably hoarse while introducing a segment ahead of Lisa Riley’s trial.
Donnelly even made a joke about his friend’s sore throat, hitting him on the back and telling him: “Cough it up , son!”
McPartlin joked back, “I'll shove you over there in a minute!” as he pretended to push him over the edge of the railing.
The exchange then prompted questions online about whether he was unwell.

Opening Monday night’s show, McPartlin addressed his croaky delivery with a joke, telling viewers: “Good evening and welcome to Australia — much like my voice, Eddie Kadi is gone.”
Co-host Declan Donnelly then asked if he was feeling any better, with McPartlin replying: “A little bit, thank you for your sympathy.”
Fans responded on X with messages of support, praising him for continuing despite sounding under the weather.
One wrote: “Massive respect to Ant carrying on so well whilst feeling poorly,” while another added: “Ant is sounding a bit better tonight.”
On Monday, Irish presenter Vogue Williams became the third celebrity to be voted off I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!
Williams, 40, said she will be “sad to leave” the ITV reality show.
Asked how it feels to be out of the jungle, she said: “It feels good. It was getting pretty hard, I’m so hungry, but it’s such a weird thing, because you kind of want to stay as well, because it’s so fun in there.

“You’re just doing so many random things, and like everyone is such good fun. And yeah, I’ll be sad to leave.”
After watching her jungle highlights, Williams said she hates cockroaches, but now she feels like her fear of cockroaches is gone.
She said: “I think what got to us most was the hunger. I don’t think you realise how hungry we are in there, we’re absolutely starving. And when you do get something, it just tastes like nothing anyway, it’s all kind of just mush.”
Williams also said it surprised her how much they all wanted to go and do the trials. Asked who she wants to win, she said “I reckon Ruby has got it in the bag”.
In the wake of her camp exit, Williams’ husband Spencer Matthews posted a glowing tribute to her, saying he “can’t wait for us all to be reunited”.
Matthews, 37, is currently taking part in the epic Project Se7ven challenge that is seeing him take on seven triathlons on all seven continents of the world in just 21 days.
