Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly seated the wrong way round at TV BAFTAs

Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly will be seated the wrong way round at the TV BAFTAs later this week.

The telly favourite are long-known to stand in the same position whenever they host a TV show, with Ant, 43, on the left and Dec, 43, on the right.

They even do it when they pose at awards shows and at press calls, but it seems whoever is in charge of seating arrangements at the BAFTAs didn't get the memo.

A picture of the seating chart shows it will be Dec and Ant at the prizegiving rather than Ant and Dec like we are used to seeing.

The snap was shared by Piers Morgan, who appeared outraged he was seated a few rows to the back - behind Bros legends Matt and Luke Goss.

He wrote: "Not happy with my current seating placement for Sunday’s BAFTA TV Awards. At all."

Piers and his Good Morning Britain co-star Susanna Reid are also seated behind telly rival Holly Willoughby, Ant and Dec and Billie Piper.

The front row is reserved for big name actors, including Benedict Cumberbatch and Keeley Hawes.

Rapper Big Narstie is also in a prime front row seat next to Oscar-nominated actor Cumberbatch.

The grime star has received a nomination in the comedy category for his The Big Narstie Show.

Ant and Dec are nominated for Saturday Night Takeaway, Britain's Got Talent, I'm A Celeb.

It could be a controversial win for the pair, as Ant bowed out of Saturday Night Takeaway after his drink-driving crash last year.

He then sat out BGT, leaving Dec to host alone, while Holly WIlloughby filled in for him on I'm A Celeb.

Ant's ex-wife Lisa Armstrong also landed a nomination for her make-up work on Strictly.

However, they will avoid an awkward run-in as her nod was part of the Craft awards, which were handed out at a separate ceremony.
