Lisa Armstrong has left a scathing Instagram comment about her ex-husband Ant McPartlin after he scooped his 20th National Television Award for Best Presenter.
Ant and Dec made history last week when they won the coveted award for the twentieth year in a row – beating the likes of Holly Willoughby and Piers Morgan in the same category.
But following their milestone win, Ant’s ex-wife Lisa took a savage pop at her ex-husband and his PR team in an Instagram comment.
Friends of the pair, PR guru Simon Jones, paid tribute to Ant and Dec on social media as he gushed over their talent, but fans were stunned to see that Lisa had left a rather ‘spiteful’ comment underneath the celebratory post.
Simon, who also manages the likes of Little Mix and former One Direction star Louis Tomlinson captioned the shot of Ant and Dec holding their awards: “20 years! So so proud of my amazing friends Ant and Dec for winning Best TV Presenter at the NTA’s for the 20th year in a row!
“And proud to say I have been with them at the awards every year of those 20 wins. We’ve been on a brilliant journey so far and long may it continue.”
After laying eyes on the post, it appears as though Lisa couldn’t hold her tongue as she wrote a savage reply underneath claiming that the team ‘screw’ people over.
“And you don’t care who you screw over in the process. Well done,” Ant’s ex-wife penned.
It seems as though the PR professional was having none of what Lisa had to say as he furiously hit back at the make-up artist, telling her to ‘move on’ with her life and stop blaming other people for her mistakes.
Simon clapped back: “Lisa, please don’t come on to my Instagram with your negativity and false accusations.
“It really is about time you moved on and got on with your life, and stopped unfairly blaming other people for your mistakes.”
Lisa’s outburst comes just weeks after Ant tied the knot with his new wife Anne-Marie Corbett.
The smitten Britain's Got Talent star insisted that it was the happiest day of his life as he said his vows in a stunning Hampshire ceremony surrounded by 100 of the couple's close family and friends - including some famous faces.
Ant and Lisa were married for 12 years before they announced their split in 2018.
Lisa has since found love again with boyfriend James Green.
