Ant & Dec fans want Let's Get Ready to Rhumble back at number 1 after Saturday Night Takeaway return

Ant and Dec fans, or rather PJ and Duncan fans, are campaigning to get Let's Get Ready to Rhumble back at number 1 after it featured on Saturday Night Takeaway once again.

The song, originally released back in 1994 after featuring on PJ and Duncan's debut album Psyche, shot to number 1 in 2013 after Ant and Dec performed it in a memorable End of the Show Show.

The unexpected star turn came as the lads welcomed stars of ITV2's Big Reunion onto Takeaway, with Five, Atomic Kitten and Blue all featuring.

And that very End of the Show Show was given a reprise on Saturday night for the finale of the current series of Saturday Night Takeaway.

The final episode was like a Takeaway 'best of' with another look at I'm A Celebrity Get Out of Me Ear featuring Dermot O'Leary and an Undercover prank on James Corden.

But it was Let's Get Ready to Rhumble that got everyone talking AND dancing in their living rooms, so much so that viewers now want the song to be number 1 again.

One fan tweeted: "Can we make lets get ready to rumble to number 1 for these heroes," and another reacted: "Ant & Dec may have had a short music career but they produced an absolute banger with Lets get ready to rumble tbf."

A third posted: "efore TikTok there was that dance. Lets Get Ready To Rhumble is still a tune. Time for another number 1."
