Ant and Dec seen filming first I’m A Celebrity advert with daring chopper jump

Cheeky chappies Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly have been spotted filming for I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here - featuring the show's trademark chopper.

Confirming for sure that the TV show is heading back down under, a helicopter the TV stars were using was flying the Aussie flag.

The pair have been pictured filming the advert for the brand-new I’m A Celeb series which returns to Australia after three years in Wales.

They were snapped getting in and out of the chopper, before using a blue screen to imitate a real-life skydive – seemingly to be used in the show’s trailer.

Pictures show Ant puffing on a vape pen in between shots as he straps into a parachute before being suspended from a heavy rig.

Dec was all smiles as he laughed with Ant while shooting inside the helicopter after he looked to struggle with the giant harness.

It marks his return to work following the tragic sudden death of his brother Dermot Donnelly.

Only yesterday Declan proved just how sweet he really is as he made time for fans outside a local pub - posing for pictures while carrying his son's pram.

The Britain's Got Talent presenter, 46, spoke to fans whilst making his way into the public house.

Dressed in a navy shirt and beige trousers, Dec appeared to be in good spirits as he briefly chatted away in a video shared on TikTok.

In the 23-second clip, the TV host is seen taking a selfie before walking into the entrance of the pub, with a dismantled pram placed on his shoulder.

Captioning the video, the user wrote: "When you only just come for a pint and Declan Donnelly turns up."

It came weeks after Dec announced the sad passing of his brother, Father Dermott Donnelly.

Father Dermott, who had an extremely close bond with Declan, passed away age 55 following a serious illness on Friday July 8 after he was rushed to hospital.

"@TweeterPriest, sadly passed away this afternoon. We are all beyond devastated. Thank you for your messages of sympathy and support, they are appreciated DD."

A spokesperson for Dec also told the Mirror: "It is with great sadness that we confirm the death of Fr Dermott Donnelly who died peacefully this afternoon in hospital surrounded by his family and close friends."
