Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway sees two Welsh families win big

As the new series of Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway continues, with popular TV hosts Ant and Dec hosting the live show full of fun-packed games, two families from Wales have won big.

The family show features lots of chances for audience members and viewers to win big and this week two families in Wales, one in Caldicot and one in Pontypool, were successful.

Playing Saturday At The Movies from home with guest announcer for the week Richard E Grant, two families both won a Takeaway Getaway, an all paid for holiday.

The families, consisting of parents and two children, had 45 seconds to act out three different movies using any props or costumes they had already prepared.

The first family in Caldicot acted out the Wizard of Oz, using a pre-made yellow brick road, Rocky, using boxing gloves and Harry Potter by drawing the distinct lighting scar on one of their child's head.

It took Richard a few guesses to get the Wizard of Oz, even guessing Harry Potter, but he was able to quickly guess the rest ensuring the family won their Takeaway Getaway.

The second Pontypool-based family to take on Saturday At The Movies were the Bridgewaters who acted out Batman, Karate Kid, and Baywatch with one of the children fake swimming on the sofa.

Guessing the first two films quickly Richard struggled to get Baywatch but with the help of the audience shouting out the answer, the Bridgewaters won their Takeaway Getaway.

Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway will not air on Saturday, March, 19 as it is axed and replaced for the Six Nations but will be back on ITV on Saturday, March, 26.
