Ant and Dec revealed they were behind Lorraine Kelly's bizarre interview after fans spotted the presenter's unusual antics live on air.
The Scots TV presenter's odd behaviour in a chat with rapper KSI on Monday's show left viewers speculating whether she was being instructed what to do in a prank.
On tonight's Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway, the Geordie duo claimed responsibility for the joke after they tasked Stephen Mulhern to gatecrash ITV's live shows.
In brand new segment On Air Dares, he crashed the studios of Lorraine, Good Morning Britain, This Morning and Loose Women as he held up flashcards with dares.
During Lorraine's dare, she was tasked to swat and imaginary fly, say "don't mug me off", pretend she had cramp and say "poppycock".

The presenter also said the phrase "totes emosh" before repeating 'absolutely' six times and finishing the interview by telling a puzzled KSI that she loved him.
The only phrase the Scots TV star refused to say was 'rumpy pumpy'.
After the interview ended, she said: "All the viewers are going t think I've gone completely bonkers!"
This Morning's Holly Willoughby and Philip Schofield ended up being crowned the winners of the secret game after the duo managed to complete all the dares live on air.
Lorraine's erratic behaviour caught the attention of viewers at home, causing many to speculate if Ant and Dec were responsible for it.
Lorraine was chatting to KSI about his stint on The Great Celebrity Bake Off 2021 while she complained about a fly before batting it away.
She asked him: "Don't mug me off, how was it, was it a happy experience, did you enjoy it?"
"I've got a bit of cramp in my leg," she said next. "I wish that you were here so you could help me, I will just walk it off, it's poppycock!"
"Thank you for putting up with me, thank you for putting up with flies, with mice, it's been absolutely, absolutely, absolutely, absolutely crazy!" she told him at the end of their chat.
One viewer tweeted: "Turned on the TV this morning and this interview was on ... definitely an Ant and Dec wind up or Lorraine has lost the plot!"
"Something seems off with #lorraine this morning. Feel like we will see her on Saturday night takeaway when Ant and Dec are telling her what to say," predicted another.
