Ant and Dec open up on difficult Brit Awards experience

  • The presenting duo, who hosted in 2001, 2015, and 2016, revealed their reasons on their podcast, Hanging Out with Ant & Dec.
  • Ant McPartlin explained that the main challenge was trying to manage the celebrity audience, who were primarily focused on drinking and having a good time.
  • He also mentioned difficulties with artists and bands frequently changing their minds about pre-show interviews.
  • This year's Brit Awards will be hosted by Jack Whitehall, marking his sixth time in the role, and is scheduled to air on ITV on Saturday 28 February.
