Saturday night TV has a long tradition of family entertainment and Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway continues that theme.
But if you've ever sat watching and thought that you knew someone worthy of a surprise on the show, now is your chance to get involved.
The show is looking for people to take part in the programme or to nominate a friend, family member, or colleague for an amazing surprise!
First aired in 2002, Saturday Night Takeaway has grown to be a firm family favourite, and while it took a break for a couple of years, it returned in 2022 for its 18th series.
With the usual 90 minutes worth of fun, celebrities, surprises and giveaways, last year, the programme regularly drew in an average of around 7.3 million viewers every week.
Now, the programme makers say: "Ant and Dec can surprise people anytime, anywhere. They could give someone you know the Saturday night of their life and a once in a lifetime experience!".
Urging applicants to keep their nominations 'top secret', show makers say you'll need to complete an entry form with as much detail as possible about you or the person you’re nominating and, if you can, upload some recent photos and video.
They say: "This will really help us get to know you and, if you are nominating someone, the nominee too."
You'll need to be over 18 to submit your entry and, if nominating someone else, the nominee must be aged at least 5 years old.
The closing date for entries is Monday, April 4, 2022.
Saturday Night Takeaway airs on ITV and ITV Hub. The next episode is on Saturday, March 12, 2022, at 7pm.
