Ant and Dec involved in 'spookiest ever' Britain's Got Talent magic act

Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly had their "undeniable bond" put to the test on tonight's Britain's Got Talent.

The Geordie duo were invited up on stage by a masked magician to test whether they had telepathic powers.

The judges were stunned and even hailed them as "twins" as they proved they were "truly connected".

Ant and Dec sat either side of the magician and were told to close their eyes.

Ant and Dec's 'undeniable bond' was tested on tonight's Britain's Got Talent (ITV)

They were told to raise their right hand if they felt they had been touched. Even though Ant was the only one to be touched , they both raised their hands and pointed to their hips where they felt they were touched.

Then, Ant was touched three times, Dec wasn't , but they both said they felt three touches, leaving the Britain's Got Talent crowd gasping.

To end the incredible act, the pair were given ten seconds with their eyes closed to draw a picture on a white board.

When the magician revealed their drawings, they had drawn the same scribble which, when turned upside down, read the year 1989 - the year that the pair met each other.

Judge  Simon Cowell said the act was extraordinary and emotional.

David Walliams: "That was the spookiest thing we've ever seen on Britain's Got Talent. It was one incredible bit of magic after another."

Alesha Dixon said the act had sent chills through her, while Amanda Holden said she couldn't take her eyes off what was happening.
