Ant and Dec are to tackle their first Bushtucker trial to celebrate the 20th series of I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!
The tables have turned for the ITV show's presenters in a special to be aired before the new season begins.
Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly official Twitter account shared a teaser clip of the Geordie pair dressed in traditional outfits the contestants wear each year.
The pair tell stand-in host Joel Dommett, "I feel this is payback. We’ve got away with it for so long that they’re just going to throw everything at us."
The pair tackle 'Catch A Falling Star' and ‘Face Your Fears’ challenges, before facing a dreaded eating trial.
Confirming their worst fears, the clip shows Joel saying, “It wouldn’t be a Bushtucker Trial without an eating trial. Rangers bring on the table!”
Items on the menu for Ant are a witchetty grub, blended vomit fruit and a fish eye and for Dec it is a fermented duck egg, blended cockroaches and a pig’s penis.
Sharing the clip with fans, the pair wrote: "The calm before the storm, the bush before the tucker! What have we gotten ourselves into... Flushed face @imacelebrity #BushtuckerTrial."
The clip saw fans flock to the comments section as they revealed just how excited they are to see the pair take on a challenge.
"Absolutely so looking forward to seeing you guys doing your own #BushtuckerTrial we certainly need this...can't wait!!! Grinning face with smiling eyes #lockdownUK," one wrote.
Another penned: "Well you put everyone else through it, only fair you finally do it yourself. Not looking forward to the spiders."
While a third added: "Can't wait for this . its going to be hilarious, bet they proper went all out with you."
The new series of I'm A Celebrity is due to start on Sunday, November 15 and other names linked to the show include Shane Ritchie, Victoria Derbyshire and AJ Pritchard.
