Ant and Dec did TikTok Renegade on Saturday Night Takeaway and viewers loved it

We've known they were a pair of cool dudes ever since their classic 90s hit, Let's Get Ready To Rhumble.

But Ant and Dec were keen to remind fans that even though they may be well into their 40s now, they've still got it as much as they did when they were teenage popstars, with a special turn on tonight's episode of Saturday Night Takeaway.

The Geordie hosts were on fine form for the end of show finale on the popular ITV programme, which was this week brought to us along with street dance duo Twist and Shout.

But no one was prepared for the quartet to launch into a routine based on the TikTok Renegade dance challenge.

For those of you unfamiliar with what we are referring to, TikTok  is, of course, the Chinese video sharing app which has taken the social media world by storm and features viral dance challenges which people aim to recreate across the globe.

One of the most famous is a routine called the Renegade (along with Holy Moly Donut Shop and Mmmmxneil) which is a mash up of styles and was brought to life before our very own eyes by Ant and Dec on ITV tonight.

Viewers were dumbstruck with what they were seeing, but delighted.

One said: "Didn't know I needed ant n dec doing the renegade in my life."

One added: "Why did ant n dec just do the renegade, what is life."

And another said: "Ant & dec just did renegade on Saturday night takeaway. I love it."

More of this, please boys!
