Saturday Night Takeaway was welcomed back by fans on ITV on Saturday night, as the series hosted by Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly returned.
Viewers thanked Ant and Dec for "saving Saturday nights" as the epic show made its comeback, with so much to enjoy.
Despite a few changes revealed, including a virtual crowd instead of a studio audience, Ant and Dec promised plenty of entertainment to keep viewers tuned in.
They definitely delivered, with Harry and Jamie Redknapp's hilarious undercover segment praised as one of the best the show has ever done.
Stephen Mulhern also pulled out all the stops with his Ant vs Dec segment, while there were also tears thanks to a surprise for one unsuspecting guest.
The virtual audience got involved too, with Win the Ads and epic giveaways for chosen viewers.
It had a bit of everything, and viewers were thrilled to have it back on telly for some much-needed fun and games.
Taking to Twitter, viewers praised the show and the hosts for delivering the goods, letting out a range of emotions.
The consensus seemed to be that the hosts had "saved" Saturday nights, with the series thought to be airing until April like it usually is.
One viewer wrote: "Well done Ant, Dec & team brilliant Saturday night entertainment tonight, the Rednap Gotcha was one of the best ever."
Another agreed: " #SaturdayNightTakeaway best part of the weekend and 2021 so far. Can I wait a whole week."
A third added: "You know what, the whole nation laughed just then. So great to have it back. @antanddec are the best boys in the biz."
This was echoed by another viewer who said: "That was the best night ever! Thank you."
