Newcastle United are stuck in a period of uncertainty as the future of Rafael Benitez remains under intense speculation.
With his contract rapidly approaching it’s conclusion, questions are being asked as to what is going to occur this summer - and fans have been given another reason to hope Benitez agrees to an extension.
PaddyPower currently has AC Milan boss Gennaro Gattuso as the favourite to take the reigns if Benitez departs, at odds of 5/2, but the Italian stated that the rumours were unfounded earlier today.
Unfortunately, the rest of the list is a collection of names that either raise significant concerns, like David Moyes at 15/2, or who seem extremely unlikely, like Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe at 17/2.
