NHS Lanarkshire have appealed for calm after another coronavirus case was linked to the virus-hit call centre in Motherwell.
A total of 20 virus cases linked to Sitel call centre in Bellshill have now been confirmed by Tuesday evening - 15 staff members and five people with connections to the call centre.
One extra case has been confirmed since yesterday.
The cluster has sparked concerns, with some workers at the Maxim Park site claiming managers shut the blinds after police came to investigate claims of safety breaches.

Labour MSP Monica Lennon referred the call centre to Police Scotland after being inundated with complaints about Sitel at the height of the pandemic.
But now the NHS board has moved to address public health concerns, saying those who visited any of the locations linked to the outbreak do not have to isolate if they do not have symptoms.

Dr Cromie said: “NHS Lanarkshire’s public health team believe the risk to the public of Covid-19 is extremely low.
“If you have visited any of the locations and don’t have any symptoms, then you are not being asked to isolate. However, we would ask you to be vigilant and follow public health advice.
“The advice remains the same, follow national guidance on the NHS Inform website.
“NHS Lanarkshire’s public health team and North Lanarkshire Council are working with all affected premises to ensure that appropriate test and protect is followed in line with Scottish government advice.
"Thus far, test and protect is proving extremely successful in identifying people who were in significant contact with others suppressing the virus.
“The Lanarkshire incident management team has been meeting regularly to investigate any developments and we are taking all of the necessary steps to identify those who may have been in contact with a confirmed case of Covid-19 and to mitigate the risk of onward transmission to others.”
The Scottish Government said the Sitel building in Maxim Park, has been closed while contact tracing continues.
Nicola Sturgeon earlier said that around 390 test results have been received out of around 400 people, while naming the businesses linked to the call centre outbreak.

She said: “Environmental health officers have checked on all of those locations and are satisfied that the risk of transmission is therefore low.
“I want to take this opportunity to thank these five locations which are: Owen’s Bar in Coatbridge, The Railway Tavern in Motherwell, Merlin’s Bar in Motherwell, Costa Coffee in Carfin and End Clothing in Glasgow for their co-operation.
“I would also ask people who might have attended these locations over the last week or so to be extra-vigilant, to follow all guidance and to isolate and book a test if you do experience any symptoms. I’m saying this not because I think there is a real concern of transmission there but simply as an added precaution.”
All Sitel staff have been advised to isolate for 14 days and take a COVID-19 test.
