A stretch of busy Bearsden Road will be closed to traffic next week to allow for resurfacing - and motorists have been warned to plan ahead.
The northbound carriageway will be shut completely between Great Western Road (at Anniesland Cross) and Sutcliffe Road (at Morrisons).
Closures will be in place in the north of the city from 9.30am to 3.30pm Monday (April 22) to Thursday (April 25), affecting those heading out of Glasgow only - the southbound route is unaffected.

Traffic will be diverted via Great Western Road to Baldwin Avenue and Fulton Street before rejoining Bearsden Road.
A traffic bulletin from Glasgow City Council reads: “Drivers are asked add additional time to their journeys due to the length of diversion.”
