There are nine units that can be evolved in Anime Expeditions, and to do so, you will have to acquire their respective evolution items, as well as a numerous amount of colored Sprites. How to Farm Evolution Items in Anime Expeditions
The best way to farm evolution items in Anime Expeditions is to complete the Daily and Weekly challenges as often as you can. You should also play Raids, Trials and Story Mode to maximize your rewards. Alternatively, you can also farm some of the items by idling in the AFK chamber.

How to Evolve a Unit in Anime Expeditions
If you want to evolve units in Anime Expeditions, you will have to go to the Upgrades Room inside the main game lobby. It is situated on the right side of the main courtyard, and once you are there make sure to interact with the Evolve portal by pressing "E".
