Angry punters have hit back at an anonymous complainant who blasted their favourite pub in an online review.
The unnamed person's verdict on the Bulls Head in Coalville, Leicestershire called out parents for not controlling their children.
And they said they would never visit the boozer again because of what they claim to have seen, reports LeicestershireLive.
The poster wrote following a visit last week: "Absolutely disgusted at the scummy parents at the Bulls Head last Saturday night.
"Can’t control your children and have a bad attitude themselves, it’s not surprising why the kids are the way they are.
"Such a shame as it’s lovely outside up there, but we won’t be going again."

Their uncompromising review, which they posted on the Spotted Whitwick page on Facebook, provoked a backlash from other customers.
One person fired back: "Seriously this is laughable. I was up there from 2 till 9pm yesterday and didn’t see or hear anything as described.
"And to call the parents scummy, an assumption that you have absolutely no foundation or grounds for.
"That pub yesterday was fantastic, the staff were amazing and IF it was bothering you that much, why didn’t open your trap instead of doing it on here?"
Another said: "We were at The Bulls Head yesterday from 3:30pm till about 9pm (we had two children with us).
"All I saw was children being children, running playing and enjoying being outside. Bouncing, climbing and making friends.
"It was actually lovely to see children being able to be children and enjoying such a big open space with their family and friends.
"If you don’t like to see children playing whilst you are enjoying food/drink, don’t go to a family friendly pub."
One customer also pointed out that the pub puts on three bouncy castles for children to use and entertain themselves, telling them to "stop being a Karen."
They said: "Stop being 'a Karen' and let kids be kids. You can't expect them to sit at a table the whole time when they want to play, that's why they have bouncy castles and stuff.
"If you don't like kids running around then maybe go to a pub where kids aren't allowed or maybe sit inside where kids aren't running around, then you don't have to moan.
"We've been in lockdown for so long, let kids enjoy themselves."
Graham Croft, owner of The Bulls Head, said that nobody approached a member of staff to complain about children running around, and that they would have looked into it if they had mentioned it.
He said: "We are aware of the complaint, but what I don't understand about it is the fact that they were out in the beer garden, not inside in the pub.
"We have three bouncy castles and an outside bar at the pub after a big renovation about 18 months ago. It's a family friendly area and many parents come here with their children to enjoy the land out the back.
"But if there was anything massively bothering them, they could have just had a word with a member of staff and we could have looked into it.
"We can't do anything if they don't tell a member of staff. Whether they'd fallen out with other parents or what, I'm not sure, but we thought it was a very strange complaint because it was the first we'd heard about it.
"If anyone has any issues while visiting the pub, they just have to come up to a member of staff and we will do what we can to resolve it.
"It's been a very difficult year for pubs in general, and we've all had to adapt and overcome large obstacles to open and serve people once more, it would be nice for people to keep that in mind when visiting pubs.
"We like to stay on top of things, and if children were running round the pub indoors it would have been stopped immediately.
"But we have six acres of land out behind the pub for children to run about in, so we do what we can so children can also enjoy themselves when visiting."
