Angry Ginge breaks down on I'm A Celebrity as he makes candid admission

Angry Ginge broke down in tears on last night’s episode of I’m A Celebrity.

The content creator, 24, cried as he candidly admitted he missed his family.

“It’s a bit of a s*** day really, I just feel as though I’m missing home, missing speaking to my family, food and drink as well is a massive part but they say you have up days and down days…,” he said, before getting emotional.

“I’m holding it in. I suppose it’s just one of my down days…”

Angry Ginge is now deputy camp leader (ITV) (ITV)

Ginge - real name Morgan Burtwistle - has been appointed deputy camp leader by his best friend, rapper Aitch, 25.

But not everyone has been amused by their antics.

Also in the episode, Jack Osbourne, 40, took issue with the creator leading the camp to believe he’d underperformed in Sunday’s Bushtucker trial - even though he excelled with ten stars.

“I know this isn't intentional Ginge but it got in my head about how well you played saying you only got five stars,” Jack said.

“I was like - can I trust Ginge? As I was going to bed, tired and whatever. I was like: ‘Has he been lying to me the whole time?’

“It legitimately did play with me. Well played but also you played with me.”

Comedian Ruby Wax, 72, also told Ginge and Aitch she was a “little” scared of leaders Aitch and Ginge, unlike how she felt under previous leaders Tom Read-Wilson and Vogue Williams as they “never took it seriously”.

The camp was also thrown into havoc as a thunderstorm arrived, soaking the celebrities’ clothes and beds.

“Everything is soaked and filthy,” Kelly Brook, 46, exclaimed.

“Everything is just soaked - soaked, soaked, soaked,” Jack said.

Jack also told Ginge during the episode he couldn’t trust him (ITV) (ITV)

In Sunday’s episode, Ginge impressed viewers after he told Jack “men cry too” after Jack became emotional remembering his late dad.

“I was doing ok, and then I realised it was the four months since my dad died,” Jack said.

“Had a good cry with Eddie…but ultimately I’m happy, I’m really happy I’m here.”

Before the series began, Angry Ginge was bookie William Hill’s favourite to win, with 7/4 odds of being named King of the Jungle.
