This is the shocking moment an angry customer threw hot soup in a fast-food restaurant manager's face after claiming she found a piece of plastic in her meal.
Jannelle Broland, 24, was left covered with Mexican menudo soup on November 7 after a customer at Sol de Jalisco in Temple, Texas alleged it was so hot that the plastic lid melted into the broth.
In the now-viral video, Jannelle can be seen talking with the customer as she takes the lid off and points to the contents of the soup.
The woman then flings the soup at Jannelle before grabbing a man she is with and running out the door.

The TikTok video has been viewed more than 4.9million times as Jannelle says she has been left "traumatized".
Jannelle told Dailymail.com : "The experience itself was traumatizing and heartbreaking.
"[I] felt my spirit had been broken just knowing someone could do something so awful and then laugh about it."
Police arrived at the restaurant and Jannelle filed a complaint. Charges against the unidentified woman are pending.

"We do not condone this type of behavior and hold our citizens to the highest standard," Temple Police Deputy Chief Allen Teston told KCENTV. "If a citizen believes they have received poor service we advise them to remain civil until the problem is resolved."
Jannelle said she offered the woman a refund or a free meal replacement but she continued to become angrier.
She added: "She did not seem to want anything, just to berate me."
She says it "felt like she had been pepper-sprayed", but thankfully she was not seriously injured.
In one of Jannelle's TikTok videos, she said: "My eyes were burning, my nose was bleeding, I was in a lot of pain. By the time I wiped it away and could almost see again, there were already customers and staff outside following her out."

Customers and restaurants staff went outside and recorded their faces and car number plates.
The police were called and Jannelle filed a complaint.
Jannelle said everyone was so kind to her afterwards and helped get herself cleaned up.
The restaurant confirmed the woman has been banned from the establishment.
They issued a statement on Facebook that read: "The Marquez family does not tolerate such behaviour, and we simply want our establishment to be a place where people can chill out and enjoy live music, delicious Mexican food, and the best local drinks — as we have stated on our social media accounts continuously."
