An Anglesey supermarket is set for auction.
The Co-op in Llanfairpwll will go under the hammer for offers over £3.1m.
The supermarket has a lease deal with the Co-operative Group Ltd until at least 2035.
It is 1,381.4 sq m (14,870 sqft) and Co-op currently pay £205K a year to lease the building.
The retailer is carrying out a revamp of the site to bring in its new branding.
The Allsop auction, which will happen online, takes place on November 3.
Allsop described it as a "prominent freehold supermarket investment".
