Anglesey's Little Chilli Shop closing - but brand will live on

A well known shop dedicated to chillies has been forced to close.

The Little Chilli Shop opened seven years ago on Church Street in Beaumaris and has made headlines by growing the "world's hottest chilli".

But owners Tim and Suzanne Silcock have announced that the store has now closed.

The good news for fans of the brand is that they will continue online and are also due to launch a YouTube channel which will feature videos full of hints and tips for chilli growers.

Suzanne told Business Live: "We’ve had to close the shop due to the pandemic.

"However we are looking at setting up a Little Chilli Shop channel on YouTube and moving forward with technology.

"Our fan base have asked us if I can show you hints and tips on growing chillies with how to over winter your plants and cooking with chillis.

"Our channel will be launched later this month named 'The Little Chilli Shop' so please watch our for it. Meanwhile the shop is online."
